East Meadow SC Intramural Season Schedules:
Please refer to the "Age Group Division Chart" listed at the bottom of this webpage. Even if you feel you are sure of your child's age group please double check your child's birth year with the "Age Group Division Chart".
We reserve the right to adjust the scheduled times and age groups if necessary at any time during the course of the season.
The U4 age group will participate in a co-ed clinic (approx 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the day's curriculum) run by East Meadow SC staff.
Each U5 and up group receives 30 minutes of training (practice) from East Meadow SC staff trainers prior to their games. Game time is up to 30 minutes for U5 and up to 45 minutes for U6 and up. The start time below is the training start time with games to follow once training is complete.
Game time format for the Speno Park age groups only- U5 3v3 U6, U7 & U8 4v4 U9/U10/U11/U12 7v7 or 8v8. For age groups U5-U8 every out of bounds play will result in a kick restart (no throw ins).
Please arrive at the field in your blue jersey, black shorts, black socks and have your black pinny with you. You may be asked to put on the black pinny for your game time.
All games will be run by East Meadow SC staff trainers. Teams will be made up on the field right after training.
